Fukushima
Rudderless my thoughts are...
Hopeless my deeds are...
Tangled in the reverie maze...
My shadows fear my virtual self...
Broken are my peace...
Taken are all my happiness...
All I see is darkness...
Lost the ambition of clear sky...
Withered are those once bloomed...
My future seems forever doomed...
Shall I rise from the ashes...
Regain the glory, all Japan wishes...

LOVE IS A FUNCTION OF DESIRABLE QUALITIES.
What nonsense?
You must be thinking how can I reduce something to a mathematical deduction; which is clearly unquantifiable.
As they say:- Ain't love grand? Blind? Out of this world? Remedy for soul ( if there is any). Something you feel in heart not in mind (my favourite and heart does not have neurons to think).
Now you must be thinking, am I those failed lover or the perpetual cynic ( who just perpetuates stereotype). I must clarify that I am always an avid lover ( in some or other form). Love to me is sacrade ( another all time hit) and something you should cherish. Something that illuminates the darkest corner of your heart. Gives you strength in the most hopeless events. Puts a smile when you think about those fleeting moments of intimacy. Love is those useless articles you guard with your life. Love is those fading piece of paper with faint smell of cheap perfume. Love is those tenderness and warmth in each others arm. You just simply can not stop raving about love, because love is love.
Now I must not stray from the fact that love is also a function of desirable qualities. Yes you heard me right; "desirable". Now desirable is a very ambiguous term and could be interpreted in umpteen ways.
What I desire, may not be something you desire. And what you desire is something that your loved one (we will call him or her the special one henceforth) definitely and positively posess. You like to be in the company of of humourous people (desirable quality); I can bet this article that your special one must be humourous, not some stern looking jerk (untill unless he has some other kind of special quality).
Now the logical extention is if our (pardon me, your) special one is so desirable, why then so many relations fail. Why is there so many break ups. Why tears are shed and hearts are broken. Because the special one is no longer the desirable darling. He may be humourous, but he does not have the pocket to match your latest desirable list. Your desire just out grows his or her supplies.
Result: Broken heart, runny nose, teary eye.
Now, come on. Be a sport. I know you will fall in love again. Till then keep searching..
Your valuable comments are welcome on and off the record..
